Frequently Asked Questions and Help

Not sure yet about signing up? Hopefully the questions and answers below will help answer any that you have. If you still have any questions, don't hesitate to email and ask!

  • q-iconWhat happens after I register?

    After entering your info for either the World or US Curriculum package, you will be prompted to create a username and password. This will be your login for the site. After doing so, you will receive a confirmation email with your login info. You’ll then gain access to the Dashboard where you can start going through all your new resources!

  • q-iconHow will I be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged the monthly rate when you sign up and then on that same date each month while you have the curriculum package. That low monthly charge gets you the full access to all these great resources as long as you’re a member! And remember, new resources will be added all the time!

  • q-iconAre there refunds?

    Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of these resources there are no refunds. Please check out all of my resources on TpT, go through the feedback, and look at previews of various files before purchasing. There’s a ton of great resources in each unit of each curriculum. I’m sure you’ll be happy with your purchase!

  • q-iconCan I cancel my membership?

    Yes, of course. I’ll hate to see you go, but I understand that you might be assigned a new prep or just decide that you don’t need these resources anymore. Just email me at the address at the bottom of the page stating that you wish to cancel and your membership will be cancelled within 48 hours. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your next charge date, you may be charged for that month. Note: You will lose your login access upon receipt and confirmation of your cancellation request regardless of when your last payment was.

  • q-iconWhat if I have questions about a resource?

    I’m happy to help with any resource included in the curriculum! Please don’t hesitate to email or reach out through Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. I definitely understand that some resources might pose questions or there could be a change you’d like to see. I want to make sure all my resources are the best they can be, so please never hesitate to contact me for any reason!

  • q-iconHow will I know when a new resource is added?

    Check out the forums for each curriculum. After joining, you’ll be able to see updates, ask questions, and interact with others on the forum pages. You can also follow Students of History on social media to see posts about new products and other changes.
